ABOUT THE COMPANY
Founded in 2001 with limited liability, as the company for planning, engineering and construction of commercial and residential buildings. Its portfolio includes developed industrial and sports structures in Belgrade and in surroundings. It carries out technical control activities, professional surveillance and engineering. It is oriented toward the market.
Within the company there is a newly built factory of prestressed concrete elements. The strategy of the company is stable development based on the realistic approach to the business. It has its own staff and know-how as well as the complete construction equipment.
Within the company there is a planning studio with licensed engineers of various fields of expertise, its own administration and construction department with 50 employees.
Tehnicom Construction encircles the whole process of production of residential and other structures with full control over following phases:
- obtaining construction land
- dealing with property and legal matters regarding the land
- workout of required technical documentation (planning) in accordance with valid city planning conditions,
- obtaining building permits and other necessary approvals of different institutions
- construction
- technical acceptance and obtaining certificate of occupation
All our structures are of high quality. For construction of the residential buildings, natural materials are used the most, such as brick products healthier by its nature, more comfortable for use and better insulators than concrete. Concrete is used as much as required by constructive stability of the structure.
Standard quality of our structures includes sandwich face walls, PVC joinery, safety entrance doors, interphone installations, video surveillance with cable TV etc.
Facades are processed with quality and long-lasting materials such as cut sand lime brick, precast stone etc. Architectonic expression is modern and balanced, in accordance with the most quality structures in surroundings.
Main departments of the company are planning department, purchase department, administration and work group on the site, and when needed it cooperates with number of associates of different professions.
The area of the constructed structures is growing every day, from 800 m2 in first year (2001) to 17.000 m2. Today, with more than 40.000 m2 of constructed structures, we represent a well-known company in Belgrade which deliver the construction within time limits and set budgets.
