    • Area of the typical room is 24,2 and 27,8 m². It will occupy cca. 11.000 m2 with the underground garage for 110 vehicles
    • The tennis complex includes 8 outdoor courts which can be covered if needed. One court is intended for competitions and exhibition games. Smaller club structure (appx. 350 m2) with administrative premises, dressing rooms and caffè
    • The swimming pool complex contains outdoor pools – one olympic swimming pool of dimensions 25x50 m and a few smaller ones intended for children. Additional facility with administrative premises, sanitary departments and visitors' dressing rooms, as well as caffè and restaurant with pertaining staff premises
    • The shopping mall - sale of various sports gear and accessories, sports cosmetics, healthy food and nourishment for sportsmen, sports outfit etc. Large and modern fitness space, beauty parlor and healthy food restaurant. The facility will have the ground floor and one floor. Shopping mall will occupy the area of 18.000 m² with around 70 retail units of 65 to 1.600 m²
    • The parking space for all the contents of the complex is planned to be located on the parcel, with 500 parking lots on the ground level and 112 in the subterranean hotel garage
