Tehnomarket Evropa
Tehnomarket Evropa, blok 62 in Novi Beograd, built on 8.800 m2 of which 5.440 m2 of business area with underground garage for 90 vehicles. In the construction of the structure there were used concrete slabs of our own production. Construction: December 2006 – October 2007.
Blok 49b
Blok 49b, GBA 20.500 m2 with 7 residential buildings, 200 apartments, 23 retail units and underground garage for 174 vehicles.
Interspeed centar
Interspeed centar in Presevo, GBA 13.600 m2 with 3 restaurants, motel, bank, post office, medical clinic, shopping mall, exibition halls, warehouse and car wash service.
Golf 8 colony
Golf 8 colony, complex of luxury apartments and business premises, GBA 28.000 m2 with 7 residential buildings (160 apartments), 2 business buildings, , underground TV studio and underground garage with 240 parking lots. Preliminary project: 2007.
Zvezda City Oasis
Zvezda City Oasis, wellness & fitness center in Ada Ciganlija within the rowing sports club Crvena Zvezda on 1.035 m2 with fitness room, wellness, saunas and caffes. Construction: 2006.
